If the trip was canceled due to fortuitous events, tickets will be refunded in full.

Household pets such as dog, cats, rabbits, fighting cocks are allowed inside the fast craft provided that they are properly caged and plants likewise.

None. Smoking as well as drinking of any alcoholic beverage is strictly prohibited inside the vessels.

Each passenger is entitled to free (2) personal hand carried baggage equivalent to 15kg. The allowed hand carried baggage should not exceed to the given dimension of 40 cm (L) x 20 cm (W) x 60 cm (H). Any excess weight from the given baggage weight limitation will be charged PhP 15.00 per kilogram and will be checked in as cargo. The excess weight of the baggage will be multiplied by PhP 15.00.

The average travel time for Hagnaya-Bantayan route is 40 minutes and for Cebu-Tagbilaran route is 2 hour and 30 mins.

Passengers may avail tickets 30 minutes prior to the Sailing Schedule of the vessel.

Island Water is not liable for any loss or damage of any valuable personal belongings of the passengers. However, in case of lost belongings inside the vessel, passengers may contact the ticketing office. All surrendered baggage and other belongings found by the passenger or staff at any property of Island Water can be found at the ticketing office.
